Memorials & Tributes
A donation of any size to honor a friend or loved one is a thoughtful way to remember special individuals. A monthly memorial ad in the Lodi News Sentinel acknowledges all gifts received for the month.
CARE CLUB
The Care Club is a special assistance fund established to support hospital associates who have fallen on hard times. Grants are made to individuals based upon need and urgency, resulting from life-changing events causing critical economic shortfalls. Grants are determined and awarded after a thorough review by the Human Resources Department and the Employee Advisory Council and counseling on alternative solutions for temporary relief.

Lifetime Annual Giving Circle- A special donor opportunity
The Lifetime Annual Giving Circle is a donor opportunity to make recurring annual gifts to Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation, to achieve its mission of improving healthcare in our community each and every year. Annual gifts allow LMHF to reliably plan program support and equipment funding throughout the year and to assure the hospital funds will be available for specialized equipment purchases that require longer lead times. There are various giving opportunities but the Lifetime Annual Giving Circle is supported by those loyal donors who know that each dollar given to healthcare impacts everyone in the community and those needs are ever present. Leave A Legacy [Estate Gift]
You can “Make a difference by what you give.” Consider making a bequest or planned gift to create a legacy for your family and your community. Our office can assist you with any personal or financial charitable goals. We retain a special Planned Giving Consultant which is available at no charge to you and your advisors to manage the complexities of a beneficial planned gift.
Stock Gift Transfer

Insurance
Life Insurance provides an attractive vehicle for giving significant funds in the future with the modest cost of premiums annually. Many of our loyal donors include at least one insurance policy in their charitable giving plan to the Foundation. Please call our office for more details.
Real Estate Donations
A gift of real estate could provide a number of benefits to the donor while offering an important gift to the Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation. Most real estate has appreciated during ownership and will be subject to Capital Gain taxation, others might have management issues, deferred maintenance or interment cash flow. Some properties may no longer serve the purpose for which they were purchased and others might be difficult for your heirs to manage. If you have property you would like to consider donating please contact our office to discuss the details.
Charitable Trusts
There are a variety of trusts that can strengthen your financial future and support the Foundation. Many of the trust programs include significant tax advantages and generate income immediately for the donor, family members or our foundation. Our Planned Giving Advisor is available at no charge to you and your advisors to help navigate the complex rules that govern these instruments.
