Walk for the Health of it Schedule

8:00                                        Registration opens and soon after Jazzercise warms participants up.
                                                (We have a DJ providing music.)
8:30                                        Kid’s 1 Mile Fun Run. We will have over 250 students and parents from local schools in this event.
8:40                                        CrossFit warm-up
9:00                                        5K Walk/Run
9:15                                       1 Mile Walk and Roll. This event is for wheelchairs and strollers. 
9:45                                       Entertainment begins
11:00                                     Event ends. The time varies depending on the crowd.

We will have a Health Fair, massage therapists, booths for face painting, teddy bear healing, a photo booth and more.
