
Carolyn Hoff

Carolyn Hoff was born and raised in Lodi. She graduated from Lodi High School in 1978 and San Diego State University in 1982. She majored in Business Administration with her concentration in Finance, which she chose to apply to a career in retail in San Francisco. Carolyn won the Manager of the Year award for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 1991, and multiple Regional Management awards for budget expense control, people development, and visual creativity from 1992-95. She led a staff of over 450. She was recruited by several start-up companies beginning in 1995 where she was the Vice President of Store Operations and responsible for opening many new stores.
In 2001, Carolyn returned to Lodi and be near her family and became the Director of Investor Relations for a local corporation, before starting her own company in 2002. She has served on the Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation Board since 2007, where she was actively involved in all three fundraising events, even co-chairing the Russell Steele Golf Tournament. She also served as a Board Member for Woodbridge Country Club since 2008 and as an accomplished golfer was the Club Champion in 2003, 2013, 2014. Carolyn enjoys travel and loves photography. She recently achieved a life-long goal to safari in Africa
Speaking about her current position with the Foundation she states, “Lodi Memorial Hospital has always been a part of my life. It started when I was very young going on hospital rounds with my father who was also a LMH Foundation board member. I believe in all the work the Foundation does and I feel proud to be a more integral part of its future.” Her next goal is to create a new fundraising event that will engage our community in supporting Lodi Memorial Hospital’s future.
