Making A Difference
There are many ways to give to the non-profit, community owned, Lodi Memorial Hospital through its Foundation.

Memorials:   A check in the name of a friend or loved one is a thoughtful memorial. The Foundation's address is 845 S. Fairmont Ave., Ste. 3, Lodi, California 95240.

Year End Giving:   Thanksgiving, Christmas and the end of the year have become known as the season of giving. Most organizations receive more public offerings then than any time of the year.

Gifts of Cash:   Your tax deductible check can indicate that a gift is available for surgical equipment, building funds, rehabilitation equipment, for a particular area of the hospital or where there is the most need.

Property Gifts with income tax advantage can be made in the form of appreciated securities, real estate, life insurance, crops and other property.

Wills Gifts can be made through provisions in your will and can be used to reduce estate taxes.

Charitable Trusts Gifts made through charitable trusts can strengthen your financial future as well as the hospital's. Along with the tax advantages, you have the ability to receive income immediately.

Insurance:  Life Insurance provides an attractive vehicle for gifts to worthy causes. A reputable agent working with you and the Foundation can stretch your gifting dollar.

Donor Advised Funds:  A donor advised fund is the easiest way to create your own Foundation. You make recommendations for grants to specific nonprofit organizations from your fund without worrying about administrative overhead.

Pooled Income Fund:  By gifting your appreciated assets, or cash, we will provide you with quarterly income, and the IRS will allow you a handsome tax savings as well. The amount of your investment will be written off of your current year's income tax return and you will receive a quarterly return.

To consider the best return on your estate, reduce your income tax and provide you with maximum security for life, Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation has a plan for you.

You are invited to call Rob Wooton at the Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation office to discuss any of these plans, (209)339-7630, or drop in for a visit, 845 S. Fairmont Ave., Ste. 3.
