Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation, Inc. was incorporated on November 1, 1980, as a separate entity established to develop a broad base of community support to promote health care in the greater Lodi area.
Governed by a Board of Directors who are citizens of the community and voluntarily give of their time, the Foundation's primary responsibilities are to raise and accept charitable gifts; to organize and conduct fund raising events and activities; and to allocate funds to support the advancement of health care technology and assist in community healthcare programs.
